Detritus Collection

Detritus - The forest floor.

Dappled light under a green canopy, the texture of the detritus mess underfoot and the unique species that thrive there, it has always felt an intimate place to me. This collections palette brings me back to a trip to the Daintree as a child - the ferns and figs of the rainforest that stretched out so far, but cocooned us in a world so ancient it felt incomprehensible.
