About KLJ

As a nationally award-winning jeweller (2016, 2019), Katie has a passion for fine design, unique gemstones and the balance they hold together.  

Starting in the trade through high-school work experience with an acclaimed jeweller, hobby became obsession after enrolling into TAFE and continuing work experience for two years, before finishing school and starting a full time trade apprenticeship.

While at TAFE, Katie met fellow jeweller and now husband Tyrus, who ranked nationally in 2016 and has incredible attention to detail - with a passion for intricately pierced under-baskets and two-tone pieces.

As an avid rockhound, Katie has a talent and passion for finding the perfect stone, and has amassed a collection to rival any other.
