Returns & Exchanges

Returns:

  • Eligible purchases can be exchanged if returned and new piece chosen within 14 days of pick up or delivery.

- The value of the exchange excludes postage fees, if applicable, and is subject to a 10% restocking fee after inspection of the item(s).

 

  • Exchanges are applicable to ready-to-ship items only

- Jewellery that is damaged/marked or has been worn will not be accepted for exchange. Refunds are not permitted.

 

 

 

Final Sale Items:

  • Resized or customised jewellery, as well as made-to-order bespoke pieces, are considered final sale and are ineligible for returns.
  • Piercing jewellery is not eligible for exchange and is strictly final sale

 

Exchange Eligibility Criteria:

Your item is eligible for an exchange if it meets the following criteria:

- It is not customized, altered, or a bespoke piece.

- The item is returned in its original condition: unworn, undamaged, and in its original boxing. (If not in original box an additional $40 fee applies)

- The exchange is made within the specified 14-day timeframe from pick up or delivery.

- The order is returned without any damage from transit at the customer's end.

 

Exchange Confirmation:

  • If posted, tracking for the parcel must be provided on day of postage
  • KLJ will confirm an exchange after inspecting the received item. If any of the eligibility criteria are not met, we reserve the right to refuse the exchange and arrange for the return at the customer's expense.

 

Refunds and Damaged Items:

- We do not offer refunds for shipping costs, card fees, or items damaged during shipping.

- If your jewellery is damaged upon delivery, please provide detailed documentation, including photos of the box, packaging materials, and damaged items, on the arrival of your parcel to determine if a replacement or repair is required. Please email this information to info@katielaw.com.au
