Custom pieces: Once your custom piece has been finished, you will be invoiced for the balance. Once the balance is received, your piece will be shipped.

Shipping Provider: All orders will be shipped via Express Post with Australia Post, unless otherwise specified. This ensures faster delivery times and tracking for your convenience.

Domestic Shipping (Australia):
- We offer express shipping within Australia.
- All parcels are signature on delivery
- Delivery times typically range from 1 to 3 business days, depending on your location.
- You will receive a tracking number once your order is shipped so you can track its progress.

International Shipping:
- We are happy to ship internationally. Delivery times will vary based on the destination.
- International orders are subject to customs clearance, which may cause delays outside our control.
- Please note that any customs duties, taxes, or import fees incurred upon arrival in your country are the responsibility of the customer.

International Shipping: International shipping fees vary based on the insured value of the package. Please contact prior to purchase if you are outside Australia. Parcels are shipped with FedEx.

- If you are not home during the day, we recommend shipping to a business location if possible as all parcels are signature on delivery.

Lost or Damaged Items

Lost Items: If your order is marked as delivered but you have not received it, please contact us within 5 days of the expected delivery date. We will assist you in tracking and resolving the issue with the carrier.

Damaged Items: If your jewellery arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us immediately with photographic evidence of the damage. We will arrange for a repair, replacement, or refund, in line with our Warranty, Repairs & Returns Policy.
